I’m Stew Iverson, a passionate real estate professional with a deep and diverse background. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA with a focus on International Marketing and Finance from Butler University, I transitioned my extensive expertise into the realm of real estate. My previous career spans across real estate, mortgage loans, banking, and insurance, where I excelled in leadership, strategy, project management, and customer service.
Originally from California and raised in Iowa, I have called the Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, and Westfield areas home for over 25 years. This brings a deep local insight to my real estate practice. I am happily married with family in the Indianapolis area, Arizona, and Florida. I cherish family time and have great memories of coaching my children's sports teams, as well as supporting their artistic passions. I am deeply committed to community service, receiving the Ronald McDonald House Red Shoe Award for Outstanding Volunteerism. My dedication extends through my work with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Riley Children’s Hospital, the Salvation Army, my local church, as well as tutoring local students. These volunteer experiences invigorate my commitment to making a positive impact in our community.
